It will spread over one floor measuring 543 square meters (5,844 square feet) in size and will include about 150 seats as well as a full-service bar with stools, a chocolate shops and a chocolate restaurant. The branch will also offer a chocolate shop and a room for private parties of events of up to 45 people.Īnother branch is expected to open in Boston, in the Restaurant Row area. The chocolate bar will spread over two floors measuring 865 square meters (9,310 square feet) in size and will include more than 200 seats, including a bar with 12 stools and bar tables. The new branch will be located in the heart of the project, exactly opposite the FAO Schwarz toy shop and close to food, fashion and entertainment brands. The Israeli chain, which specializes in chocolate and is owned by the Strauss Group, will open an enormous branch in the Forum Shops (Caesars Palace) mall, facing the H&M flagship store. I'm not looking for the exotic tastes or out of the box dishes. My pallet doesn't range w/ the likes of the Flays or Lagasses of the world. I would compile a list of places to try and every time my parents would ask where we wanted to eat, I would pick one from my list so I can taste for myself if these dishes were really as good as they said they were. As far as I can remember I was always surfing the web for highly acclaimed restaurants, reading food reviews in magazines or watching TV to see where all the celebrities dined to find out the latest trends in food and what were Must Tries. I don't know when my taste buds started to notice the difference between strip steak and Wagyu. I don't exactly know when my love affair with food started. I also thought that in comparison to the “Max-Wich” the apple crisp was such a small portion. I was a little disappointed that it didn’t come with more ice cream because it was such a small amount that you don’t get to have it with every bite of the apple crisp. Although the ice cream didn’t taste much like toffee, it was still good combined with the crisp. When you get that perfect bite of streusel, apples, chocolate, caramel paired with the ice cream, it was divine. The surprise in this dish was the melted chocolate at the bottom of the cast iron ramiken. I thought this was one of the best apple crisps I’ve had. It was topped with oatmeal streusel, served with toffee ice cream and a shot of caramel. We only took a couple bites out of this and were done. The ice cream was good but there wasn’t enough of it. The “Max-wich” is described as “decadent dark chocolate truffle ice cream and pure chocolate chunks hugged between old fashioned very rich chocolate cookies and drizzled with a boost of pure chocolate served with pure dark chocolate ganache for dipping. We ended up ordering the “Max-Wich” and the Milk Chocolate Apple Caramel Crisp. There were so many desserts to choose from and so many that I wanted to try.
